This SQA qualification called Planning and Delivering Training Sessions to groups will be achieved as one of two options:
Remote delivery using Zoom
or Face to Face delivery.
You will by attend for 3 full days of workshops which will be two consecutive days, followed by one follow up day after 1 or 2 weeks.
For remote option the sessions are slightly shorter 4.5 hours but there is work provided in advance and our trainer will be available for 1:1 support at the end of each day.
You will conduct a 25-35 minute training session on day 3.
You will also be required to write a reflective account after the programme as well as 400 words to meet the first outcome.
The workshops are interactive and the purpose of having 2 days of workshops first, then to have a break before the next one, is to allow time for design and development of the session you will deliver on day 3.
The design and delivery of the sessions can sometimes seem daunting, but you will have all the support you need to get you ready for the sessions.
Individual Account funding will be available for this training programme from 1 July 2020.
