Build the Confidence, Skills and Strategies to Lead Effectively
Whether you are new to management or already leading a team, strong leadership skills are essential for success in today’s workplace. The PDA in Leadership is designed to help individuals develop the practical knowledge, confidence and professional behaviours needed to become effective leaders and managers.
Why This Course Matters
Many people become managers by circumstance rather than preparation, often known as accidental managers. They are promoted because they are excellent at their job — but are rarely given the training needed to lead people successfully. Does this sound familiar to you?
This course recognises that reality.
The PDA in Leadership gives you the opportunity to step back from day-to-day pressures and explore what great leadership really looks like. You will gain practical tools, new perspectives and the confidence to lead teams more effectively. The Qualification Scotland Level 7 course not only gives you the tools you need but the recognition and credibility you deserve.
