Elementary Food Hygiene
The Elementary Food Hygiene eLearning training programme is fully accredited by the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) and is for you if you prepare food or work in a food industry. It will ensure you are up-to-date on health and safety laws, plus provide guidance on adopting safer practices in the workplace.
What do you need to do?
All you need is an internet connection, a web browser and a personal desire to complete the training and pass the exam. We will register you for the training and you will receive a Username and Password and you can then work through the training.
Once you complete the eLearning you will print a certificate and then book a time to come into our office in Dundee to sit the Multiple Choice Exam.
