Laura Mason | Managing Director
Laura is a highly-experienced trainer, assessor and verifier. She’s also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Laura founded the business in 2001. When she’s not delivering training sessions, Laura manages the day-to-day operations of the business and oversees the business development as well.
Suzy Landsburgh | Director
Suzy is an experienced SVQ assessor, verifier and has an MBA and a Diploma in Personnel Management. She’s also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Suzy ensures our accreditations with SQA, Skills Development Scotland and the Chartered Management Institute meet the required standards.
Neil Mason | Finance Director
Neil is an experienced finance and administration manager. He’s been an integral part of the Quest team since 2011 and joined the board in 2015. In addition to his finance and office management responsibilities Neil is also a qualified assessor and internal verifier.

We’ve been delivering Modern Apprenticeships since 2005 and Foundation Apprenticeships since 2018. As part of that process we’ve worked in partnership with a number of Local Authorities and respected Public Sector organisations
