Jamie McBrearty
Jamie is an experienced trainer, coach and business leader with a background in leadership development, mindset coaching and vocational education. He holds an MBA and has extensive experience across education, sport and people development. As Managing Director, Jamie oversees the strategic direction and growth of the business, while supporting organisations, trainers and learners to achieve their full potential. Passionate about developing people and creating high-quality learning experiences, Jamie is committed to helping individuals and businesses build confidence, capability and long-term success.
Keli is an experienced business owner and operational leader with a strong background in hospitality, property, early years care and business development. She brings a practical, people-focused approach to Quest, supporting the team with business growth, client relationships and the continued development of high-quality learning experiences.
With experience across hotel management, serviced accommodation, nursery ownership and day-to-day business operations, Keli understands the importance of strong systems, excellent customer service and creating environments where people can thrive.
Keli is passionate about developing people, building confidence and helping learners and organisations achieve long-term success.
Laura Mason Laura is a highly-experienced trainer, assessor and verifier. Laura founded the business in 2001. When she’s not delivering training sessions, Laura manages the day-to-day operations of the business and oversees the business development as well.
Suzy Landsburgh
Suzy is an experienced SVQ assessor, verifier and has an MBA and a Diploma in Personnel Management. Suzy ensures our accreditations with SQA, Skills Development Scotland and the Chartered Management Institute meet the required standards.
Neil Mason | Finance Director
Neil is an experienced finance and administration manager. He’s been an integral part of the Quest team since 2011 and joined the board in 2015. In addition to his finance and office management responsibilities Neil is also a qualified assessor and internal verifier.

We’ve been delivering Modern Apprenticeships since 2005 and Foundation Apprenticeships since 2018. As part of that process we’ve worked in partnership with a number of Local Authorities and respected Public Sector organisations
These include – Dundee City Council, Aberdeenshire Council, Fife Council, Perth and Kinross Council, Angus Council, Scottish Enterprise, Leisure and Culture Dundee, Care Inspectorate and Scottish Social Services Council.
