Train the Trainer
Training other people to do anything isn't easy and many think that it's beyond them. But it's not. With a Planning and Delivering Training Sessions to Groups (PDTSG) qualification, you'll not just have the ability to confidently deliver training to others; you'll have an SQA approved certificate at level 6 to show for your efforts. We've been delivering train the trainer courses for over 5 years now and have worked with local councils, public sector bodies, charities and a number of private businesses as well.
Once you have achieved the PDTSG you then have a fantastic opportunity to progress your training qualifications to a higher level with a SQA Professional Development Award in Training and Development for Delivery to Groups. This is at level 7.

The Quest Train the Trainer Difference
The Planning and Delivering Training Sessions (PDTSG)qualification isn't unique, but our approach to it, certainly is. We take time to understand the needs of the sponsoring business, as well as the individual candidates. That gives us the ability to adapt our delivery to ensure that we make the most of this learning opportunity. Throughout the process we communicate on a regular basis with our students as well as the business that employs them, because ultimately our training will only be a true success if it makes a real difference to both. We can deliver this as an Open Programme or for one business (minimum 5 people).
