Quest (Scotland) Ltd - Scottish Training Solutions

We provide high quality training solutions specially designed to suit the needs of each individual client. We focus on solutions rather than problems, and offer a professional, people-centred service with a personal touch. We are consistent in our training methods and techniques, and listen carefully to our clients to help them identify and achieve their goals.

What makes us unique is the wide spectrum of specialist skills our team has to offer. We are all professionally qualified and have many years of experience as training specialists. Most importantly, however, we see ourselves as "people people" - we are always attentive to the needs of our clients, and pride ourselves on the excellent customer service we provide. Laura Mason

Laura launched Quest (Scotland) Ltd in December 2001.

A highly-experienced trainer designing and delivering a variety of training workshops in both the private and public sectors, Laura is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a BSc Hons in Psychology. She is also a qualified assessor and verifier of SVQs.

Laura is also a specialist in designing and delivering Training for Trainers which has been widely used throughout Europe.

Elaine Stewart

Elaine is an education social worker registered with the Scottish Social Services Council. She also has an MA (Hons) in English and History. Before joining Quest, she was employed for seven years as an Education Social Worker in a Scottish Education Authority.

Elaine's main role was to support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, working alongside schools and families.

She has extensive experience of using a variety of developmental strategies including: Solution Focused Approaches, Positive Assertive Management, The Learning Game, Circle Time, Positive Parenting Skills and Video Interaction Guidance. Elaine has also designed and delivered training courses for adult groups at Dundee College.
