Chartered Management Institute - Introductory Certificate in Management
This programme will involve attending 3 full day workshops from 0930 - 1600 and then completion of an assignment, which will be set and marked by the Chartered Management Institute
Aims:
To help you learn about:

the importance of having a customer focus

gathering and communicating information

setting objectives, planning and monitoring

working effectively with others

the basic concepts of quality, continuous improvement and change
These are very interactive workshops, with lots of practice in the above skills. It is hoped that delegates will take action after each workshop and therefore each person will leave with a plan of what they can do differently back in the workplace.
One of the 3 days will be held off site to work on team building and problem solving.
