Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders
This licensing qualification is based on the training framework drawn up by the National Licensing Forum for those involved in the on-sales sector. It has been developed to make sure it complies with the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
The qualification will involve pre-course study and a one day workshop, which will be supported a handbook for candidates. At the end of the training day you will complete a multiple choice question examination marked out of 40. You must get at least 28 marks (70%) to pass.
