Funding is available for training through ILA Scotland, Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS), Flexible Training Opportunities and an Employment Incentive.

There is financial help to assist the investment in training for individuals and also for companies who have less than 150 employees. This page gives you details about how to apply for an individual award using an Individual Learning Account or a Part-Time Fee Grant. We also detail the assistance available to companies, how it works in practice and how to apply.

Finding a job these days is tough, so imagine how much tougher it is for individuals with barriers to getting into work. For example, being unemployed can make it difficult to get a good start at work. That's where the Employer Recruitment Incentive can support an organisation keen to give someone that opportunity. 

Recruit someone as an employee or a Modern Apprentice and you could receive up to £2000.
